Laydex Roof Seal Primer is a one part-solvent free primer that is applied prior to the application of weatherproofing compounds. The one coat roof primer is required for preparation on bitumen surfaces & roofing felt only. It is quick and easy to use and blocks surface staining from bitumen coating. Surfaces must be dry prior to application and temperatures must be above 5°C before applying.
