At Co-Op Superstores, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package the Goods

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or any Co-Op Superstores physical branch.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
